The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner has taken the decision to: 

Recommend approval for the award of contracts for the ANPR Expansion Programme

 

  • EON for posts and electrical connections. £17,697.50, fixed price as quote, with a contingency value of £30,000. Contract start date 1st November 2020 to end 31st October 2021.
  • Balfour Beatty for posts and electrical connections. £52,367.53, fixed price as quote, with a contingency vale of £28,000. Contract start date 1st November 2020 to end 31st October 2021.
  • QRO for Cameras and installation. £828,321, fixed price as quote, with a contingency value of £60,000 for year one, plus £60,000 for the yearly capital replacement. Contract for expansion element to run from 1st November 2020 to 31st October 2021, with a further four further years of £60,000 per year, for the yearly capital replacement, from 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2025
  • Versalift United Kingdom Limited for an Engineers Vehicle. £58,192, contract to run for 3 years from delivery, expected December 2020 to December 2023.
