The Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Panel Complaints Sub Committee has been established by the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Panel to carry out the informal resolution of non-criminal complaints regarding the conduct of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner.
Informal resolution is intended to represent a locally-agreed process for resolving a complaint as far as possible by mediation between the complainant and the subject of the complaint.
